Irene Aviles
Senior Executive Vice President & Property and Asset Management
Mrs. Aviles is currently the Senior Executive Vice President of Towne Center Property Management Company, wherein she oversees and is responsible for both the property management and asset management activities and direction. Mrs. Aviles has been an integral part of the JH companies since its inception and has over 20 years experience in all facets of the company including acquisition, disposition, property management, operational asset management, rehabilitation, design, and reconstruction management.
Under her leadership, Towne Center has successfully purchased, managed, and repositioned over 8,000 apartment units in California. Her detail mindedness and team building approach has provided the foundation for JH and Towne Center Property Management Company’s success.
Mrs. Aviles works closely with the principals of the company and is involved in strategic planning, business plan development and employee training. She works closely with the Chief Operating Officer, Regional Property Managers, On-site Business Managers, Maintenance and Reconstruction Teams to ensure meeting the business plan and capital expenditures budgets for the properties. Mrs. Aviles received her Business Degree from the University of Southern California with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance and Investment in 1991.
