Victor H. Gonzalez
Controller of Towne Center Property Management, Inc., the property management affiliate of JHREP.
Mr. Gonzalez is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Company from an accounting aspect. His responsibilities also include financial reporting and maintaining banking relations. Mr. Gonzalez has more than 10 years of experience in the single family and multifamily real estate industry.
Prior to joining Towne Center Property Management, Mr. Gonzalez was Director of Accounting and Finance for The KOR Group. He also held the same title at Larwin Company, where he worked for more than five years. He entered the real estate industry as a Senior Financial Analyst for Kaufman and Broad in 1999. While at The KOR Group and Larwin Company, Mr. Gonzalez was actively involved in the acquisition as well as budgeting and overall strategic planning of these companies. He was also a member of the land committee and executive team committee for Larwin Company and The KOR Group, respectively.
Prior to his introduction to real estate, Mr. Gonzalez worked for more than six years in the banking industry as a Financial Analyst and Commercial Loan Officer with Imperial Bankf. Mr. Gonzalez has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a minor in accounting as well as an MBA from California State University of Northridge.
